Zhanjiang deputies' views on Govt Work Report

In addition to Zhanjiang Mayor Wang Zhongbing, another six deputies at the fourth session of the 12th National People's Congress (NPC) also expressed their views after the hearing of Premier Li Keqiang's delivery on the Government Work Report on March 5.

"I feel very inspired after hearing the report. Premier Li's call for an overall replacement of business tax with added-value tax is very beneficial for all the enterprises. From May 1, the pilot scheme will be expanded to architecture, real estate, financial and life service businesses. And the central government's determination to reduce taxes will effectively help to reduce the cost of re-investment for enterprises."

"I'm very excited about the central government's replacement of business tax with added-value tax. The report also encourages private enterprises to take part in the reform of State-owned enterprises and to develop themselves based on an innovation-driven strategy. I will deliver the key points of the report to more private enterprises and advise them to carry out the reform and development."
