Mayors and representatives of 44 cities from 16 countries gathered at a forum held in Nanjing to share their experiences in preserving cultural heritages. The forum is part of the five-day 2010 World Historical and Cultural Cities Expo.
Mayors and representatives from 16 countries and regions gathered at a Nanjing mayoral forum Oct 21 to discuss cultural heritage preservation.
The World Historical and Cultural Cities Expo opened Oct 20 in Nanjing, capital city of East China's Jiangsu province. Some 44 mayors from 16 countries and regions attended the fair's opening ceremony, held at the mouth of Qinhuai River.
