Oscar advertisers hope to build buzz on Twitter, Facebook The Oscar for the best place to chat about the Academy Awards goes to: social media. For the first time, social media are being embraced both by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and Oscar show sponsors and others looking for a way to cash in on Oscar buzz.
Several of Sunday night's Oscars advertisers have added strong social-media components to their efforts. A $1.5 million TV ad, ABC's going rate this year, is just a start. The Oscar buy is also about leveraging the investment on Facebook and Twitter. "It's no longer smart just to buy on the Academy Awards," says consultant Charlene Li. "You have to tie into social media so that people talk about you."
The Oscar buy is also about leveraging the investment on Facebook and Twitter翻譯成“奧斯卡的交易也利用Twitter和Facebook進行貸款投資”似乎不妥。 You have to tie into social media so that people talk about you.
Oscar advertisers hope to build buzz on Twitter, Facebook
Toyota chief to employees: We must restart The head of Toyota Motor Corp. told his employees on Friday that the company must begin again if it is to regain its legacy of quality that helped make it the world's largest automotive company.
The speech was part of an aggressive charm offensive by Toyoda to bolster the company's image after 8.5 million cars were recalled in North America, Europe, China and Japan in recent months. Toyoda was widely criticized for not appearing in public for two weeks in January as the global recall crisis spiraled.
Money Rules for Marriage the Second (or Sixth) Time Around There are some things in life where you really, really hope the first time is a charm -- marriage, declaring a college major, and bungee-jumping, for example. Yet despite the staggering rate at which official couplings go splat, many people make multiple attempts at marriage. Even in the best of circumstances, those who have been hitched (formally or not) drag more than just half of a CD collection and in-law issues down the aisle. They also bring into their relationships a full trunk of financial baggage that can't be kicked curbside.
這里的問題是如何理解just half a CD collection。
