China plans to renovate 20 million units in its shantytowns during the 13th Five-Year Plan period (2016-20), which is an unprecedented number, but Chen has high confidence in the initial preparations.

中國在“十三五”期間將計劃改造2000萬套棚戶區，這次棚改數量是前所未有的，但陳政高表示項目現已基本準備就緒，他堅信，今年能夠全面地完成棚改任務。

2016棚改項目現已基本準備就緒，比往年提早兩三個月。中央補助標準高于往年，國開行也已經開放貸款。
