3月5日，李克強(qiáng)總理在政府工作報(bào)告中指出，中國(guó)將2015年GDP增長(zhǎng)目標(biāo)設(shè)在7%左右，將2015年CPI漲幅目標(biāo)控制在3%左右。

3月5日，李克強(qiáng)總理在全國(guó)人民代表大會(huì)上做的政府工作報(bào)告指出，在房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)走低、通貨緊縮抬頭的形勢(shì)下，中國(guó)計(jì)劃將今年的GDP增長(zhǎng)目標(biāo)由之前的7.5%下調(diào)至7%，為22年來(lái)最低。

GDP growth target就是“GDP增長(zhǎng)目標(biāo)”，GDP全稱(chēng)為Gross Domestic Product，即“國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值”，指在一定時(shí)期內(nèi)（一個(gè)季度或一年），一個(gè)國(guó)家或地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)中所生產(chǎn)出的全部最終產(chǎn)品和勞務(wù)的價(jià)值，常被公認(rèn)為衡量國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況的最佳指標(biāo)。

報(bào)告還指出，經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)會(huì)在合理區(qū)間（within the reasonable range）保持穩(wěn)定，同時(shí)將創(chuàng)造至少1000萬(wàn)個(gè)新的就業(yè)崗位，并使登記失業(yè)率（registered unemployment rate）保持在4.5%以下。報(bào)告同時(shí)表示，我國(guó)將繼續(xù)保持積極的財(cái)政政策（proactive fiscal policy）和穩(wěn)健的貨幣政策（ prudent monetary policy）。
