Print PrintShandong-based Lanhua Group, a pioneering force in Linyi's commercial market, has been actively promoting the internationalization of local brands through a comprehensive cross-border e-commerce ecosystem.
By establishing dual trade channels between China and South Korea, as well as between China and Malaysia, the group has created strategic fulcrums for a "buy global, sell global" model, propelling Lanhua Furniture and other local brands onto the international stage.
The group's innovative approach includes a complete cross-border e-commerce chain: domestic industrial parks, overseas markets, product selection through exhibitions, trade platforms, and bonded warehousing. The Lanhua cross-border duty-free store integrates online and in-store shopping, offering over 130,000 products from more than 2,000 brands across 80 countries. It also operates on major platforms like Amazon and eBay.
Lanhua has built cross-border e-commerce parks and launched overseas markets in South Korea and Malaysia. These initiatives not only showcase Linyi's high-quality products but also provide new international sales channels through overseas warehouses in countries like the United States, Kazakhstan, and Thailand.
Additionally, Lanhua has organized two cross-border e-commerce expos in Linyi, attracting over 2,000 domestic and international companies and achieving an intended transaction value of 800 million yuan ($109.69 million). The group also offers comprehensive services for businesses going global, including data analysis, platform operation, logistics, and more.
Lanhua's efforts have significantly enhanced Linyi's presence in the global market, serving as a model for local enterprises to follow in the digital age of international trade.
