The China Equipment Technology City (Deyang) Promotion Conference projects signing ceremony in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (Shenzhen) kicked off on March 26 in Shenzhen, Guangdong province. The event attracted participation from more than 300 companies and institutions.

Huang Chaoyang, deputy secretary of the CPC Deyang Municipal Committee and mayor of Deyang, stated that Deyang is seizing the opportunities brought about by national strategies, such as the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing dual-city economic circle and promoting the construction of the "five city" project represented by the Chinese equipment technology city. In 2023, Deyang's GDP growth rate ranked first in Sichuan province, showcasing strong momentum in the development of the new industrialization model.
