Representatives of 13 publishing institutions from six ASEAN countries, two publishing houses from South Asian countries and 23 children's publishing houses from China attended the forum.

Wu Shulin believes that to do a good job in children's publishing is to strengthen the cultural foundation of the globe and build a world of peace and friendship. "Children are our future, and planting the seeds of cultural identity among children in various countries is of great significance for the development of the future world," he said.
