Xiagong combines classic cuisines
Xiagong combines classic Cantonese and light Huaiyang cuisines. Executive chef Kenny Chan has designed a special menu for the Lunar New Year family-reunion dinner with his own creations. His quanjiafu, which translates as"family portrait", is made of boiled egg dumplings with pork, shrimp, homemade fish balls and vegetables, and a fried crispy prawn with fruit sauce that symbolizes good luck.
